SS20 Dresses

With Summer just around the corner, that means that outdoor events and garden parties are upon us — we can hear the glasses clinking already! Here is a round-up of our favourite dresses this season:

The Roberta Dress, Reformation

If we could, we would have an entire wardrobe full of every dress from the Cali-brand you’ve seen all over Instagram recently — Reformation. With plenty of romantic details like the ruffled sleeve and front ties, The Roberta Dress is available in 3 floral prints; Rosebud, Tuli and Blueberries. Style with a floppy hat and dainty jewellery, and you're garden party ready. P.S, they have recently opened their first store in London, on Westbourne Grove.

Reformation, £275

The Benny Dress, Reformation

Surprise surprise, another Reformation piece. If you’re attending any outdoor events such as the races, this is the perfect dress for you. Designed in a lightweight, eco-friendly viscose fabric, The Benny Dress in Olympia has a preppy, vintage feel to it. The oversized sleeve, open back and cutout bodice make it a unique style that everyone will be swooning over. Pair with pearl earrings, kitten heels and a minimal clutch — let the dress do the talking.

Reformation, £265

The Moroccan Dreams Maxi Dress, Free People

The name says it all, right? Adorned with a dreamy melange of retro prints, it has a plunging v-neckline that's perfect for showcasing a statement necklace. Partner with knee high boots or block-heel mules for a boho look — exactly what Free People are known for.

Free People, £228

Francine Silk Midi Dress, Bec + Bridge

Sustainably and locally produced in Sydney, Australian brand Bec + Bridge has come in heavy with the bright florals for SS20. 100% silk, romantic sweetheart neckline, open back tie and 3/4 thigh slit — imagine wearing this as you watch the sunset on a balmy evening with a glass of wine. FYI, if you love the print as much as we do, it also comes in two mini dress styles and a matching co-ord set.

Bec + Bridge, £442

The Happy Dress, ba&sh

You can always rely on Parisian brand ba&sh for an elegant outfit. The Happy Dress (it’s all in the name) is silky and sleek, yet gives off Coachella vibes. The colourful, metallic print is inspired by firework lights and comes in both cream and black. The silhouette has been designed with a crossover neckline, flowing sleeves, high waist with flattering side cut-outs, and a unique backless style. Accessorise with a fedora, suede fringed jacket and cowboy boots for a festival look, or pair with statement earrings, a leather jacket and chunky boots for a night out.

The Amelia Dress, Réalisation Par

Our favourite Réalisation piece this season is The Amelia, which is available in 4 unique, coloured prints — Nudité, Midnight, Poison Ivy and Post Modern. 100% Silk Crepe, bias cut 3/4 length, a corset-style top and everything you want in your ever-growing Réal collection. Throw over a denim jacket and pair with western boots for a road trip, or wear a straw sunhat, statement sunglasses and espadrilles for a flirty look.

Réalisation Par, £205

The Shirt Dress, ME AND EM

A slightly different style to the rest, but perhaps the most relaxed and comfortable. This shirt dress by ME AND EM comes in a minimalistic leaf print, in a cream and black colour-way. It has been cleverly designed with functional slip pockets (always a bonus!) and has a removable tie that can be styled as belt to create a more tailored shape, or at the neck for a 70’s pussybow. Style with low-top sneakers for a casual vibe.

ME AND EM, £295
